If you find your more3D hardware product defective, please contact our support before sending it in. Please initially contact support@more3D.com before sending in any product. Include a detailled description of the encountered errors if sending back any items.
If more3D's tech staff does not find any errors we charge 79€ per half hour plus shipping costs. The amount is also charged for products out of their warranty period (24months after buy). Here you can find a detailled overview over more3D's standard warranty terms.
